van de Loo, estate agents in Hamburg:
The difference lies
in how we treat people.
Our name, Gefühl für Räume, a feel for spaces, is no coincidence. For more than 25 years we have worked consistently by our values: attentive, empathetic and with time for what lies behind a property.
Our story
What has inspired us
every day for over 25 years
More than 25 years in the Hamburg property market teach one thing above all: it is rarely just a property that is sold. Usually it is a chapter. A move to somewhere smaller, an inheritance that brings three siblings together, or does not, a house that has belonged to one family for forty years.
It is exactly this human side of the work that has inspired us every single day for more than 25 years.
That is why I rarely call myself an estate agent. I bring people together.

Feng shui
Home is more than just a place
When we enter a room, we all sense more than words can express. Energetic feng shui allows me to take a holistic approach: to feel spaces differently, to free them from old burdens and so make room for something new.
